Cerulean Partners acquires underperforming independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in select, targeted markets. We have the expertise to manage the acquisition process and to create joint ventures with operators who specialize in the lease-up and stabilization of senior living assets.  Its principals, Kerry Haskins and Richard Shamberg have a combined 38 years in the commercial real estate and senior housing business. Over the last four years, they have developed a system to capture value from acquisitions of underperforming and distressed senior living assets. 

They recognize the importance of working with a seasoned operator, whose expertise is critical to the process of creating value. Their operating partner, Arrow Senior Living, has spent the last 10 years developing such a reputation by consulting and managing for owners and operators of senior living properties nationwide.  They've honed their skills and developed their expertise, in part, by living “on site”, while managing projects at independent living, assisted living and memory care communities across the country.  In the process, they have created over $50 million in value for owners of client properties.
